The Drive Wise® Service Representative will handle functions of the Drive Wise® Resolution Team which entails working the Outlook mailbox and the customer service queue. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Drive Wise® internet function
  • Actively listen and interpret customer problems or questions, showing interest and compassion.
  • Analyze and sort information given to determine the appropriate resolution or appropriate area to handle.
  • Process customer and agent changes on the system.
  • Initiate investigation of system problems.
  • Forward requests to appropriate area.
  • Prepare the appropriate form in a clear and concise manner to expedite handling.
  • Exhibit the flexibility necessary to ensure customer focused quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Basic PC aptitude including intermediate keyboarding skills
